Skillsprouts Academy – Terms & Conditions

Skillsprouts Academy offers a subscription-based online platform that provides physical activity lessons designed for children. Content includes instructional videos, written guides, and play-based activities for home use. All content is intended for educational and recreational purposes only, and must be used with active parental supervision. This service is not a substitute for professional physical education, therapy, or medical advice.


2. Subscription and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, unused content, or partial months after payment has been processed.
  • At checkout, you will be informed that you are signing up for a recurring monthly subscription.


3. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Forento).
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information.
  • If a payment fails, access to content may be suspended until payment is received.
  • You are responsible for any applicable bank fees, conversion charges, or foreign transaction costs imposed by your payment provider.


4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to supervise any participating children at all times.
  • You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable space for activity.
  • You may not use our content for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for adjusting or skipping any activity based on your child's condition or abilities.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by Skillsprouts Academy—including videos, lesson guides, names, images, and other materials—is the exclusive property of Skillsprouts Academy and protected under copyright and intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, download, share, redistribute, modify, sell, or publicly display any content from the platform.
  • Sharing login credentials or granting unauthorized third-party access is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • We provide all content and services “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
